Announcement of the Capital Alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank

1. Content of the Capital Alliance
AD Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AD Capital”) and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Hitoshi Tsunekage, President; hereinafter “SMTB”) have concluded formal agreements that SMTB shall underwrite third-party allocation of new shares by AD Capital. This will bring SMTB’s stake in AD Capital to 4.97%. Completion of the investment is scheduled by the end of this year.
2. Purpose of the Capital Alliance
Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank provides variety of services, including financing, consulting, real estate management, asset management and so on. They shall support our investment management in various situations.
